Better Buy Electronics - Return Policy

All of our products carry a full manufacturer's warranty and are refundable within 30 days of the original purchase date.

A RMA number is required for all returns! Credit will not be given for products returned without a RMA number. Please contact us to recieve a RMA number for a return.

When returning a product, credit is only given for that product and tax if applicable. Shipping charges are not refunded on returns.

A 20% re-stocking fee will be charged for all returns.

Return Instructions

Once a RMA number is emailed to you, write the RMA number on the outside of the shipping box. Do not write the RMA number on the manufacturer packaging!

All products must be returned in original manufacturer's box with all original parts, accessories and manuals.

Boxes must be packed to meet the shipping carrier packing specifications.

The shipper is responsible for all return shipments until they are received by Better Buy Electronics. We recommend return shipments be insured.

Exchange products will be shipped out no longer than 10 days after Better Buy Electronics receives the return. If an exchange is not acceptable, credit will be issued within 10 days after Better Buy Electronics receives the return.

RMA numbers are valid for 30 days only!

Only products authorized for return may be returned. Credit or exchange will not be given for products not authorized for return!
